Is there a security deposit?

Most of the villas require security deposit before the booking is confirmed. The security deposit is mentioned in the policies and the contract of each villa that you will get together with your tailored-made offer.

What is the minimum rental period?

One week is the minimum length of stay for most villas. Please enquire if you wish to stay less than that. Price per week remain the same for a two-week rental. If you wish to rent any of our villas for more than that, special discounts may apply. 

What is the minimum number of people required in a villa?

There is no minimum. Villas are priced on a per week basis no matter what the occupancy is. Other services (meals, activities etc) are calculated on a per person basis. However, maximum number of people is indeed required. Guests, other than those indicated on the final guest list will not be permitted stay.

How do I check availability?

What is the booking process?

All offers are tailored to suit your needs. Once you choose a destination we will send you an offer based on your requirements (i.e. length of stay, group size, number of activities etc). 

What is the payment process?

A security deposit (usually 30% of the overall price) is required in order to confirm your booking.  Full payment of all outstanding charges is required 60 days before your arrival. We mostly accept bank transfers for rentals and credit card payments for incidentals and other fees related to your stay. More details are provided upon entering the booking contract.

What is included in the price?

Daily cleaning service, usually for a 3hr period, is included in all villas but the frequency may depend on the type of villa. For an extra fee you can increase the number of hours you wish to avail yourself of this service. Please notify us when submitting your booking form. Maintenance of the villa (eg. pool cleaning, garden service etc) are usually also included where applicable. Taxes are also included in the rental rate indicated but can vary in case these are affected by local law. Other extra services (eg. cooking service, security service etc) are charged on top and may incur VAT charges. All charges will need to be prepaid.

Who would be our contact while we're there?

Upon arrival to your destination you will be greeted by your host who will be the main contact during your stay. A team of travel professionals will be accompanying you throughout your stay, making sure that you have everything covered.

Are there any restrictions with children?

This depends entirely on the individual owner. Please enquire before your booking.

Small pets are usually allowed in all villas. However, this entirely depends on the individual owner of each villa. Please enquire before your booking.
