In light of the unprecedented travel conditions due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have redesigned our processes.
Our professional standards have always been set very high, both as far as healthy & safety is concerned as well as any other business conduct. However, the evolving Covid-19 pandemic has made it even more imperative that we revisit some of our working processes and tailor them accordingly.
Thankfully, Greece has done an amazing job at tackling the Covid-19 pandemic early, as well as taking precautionary travel measures for all incoming travellers. Starting July 1st, all incoming travellers to Greece are required to complete the Passenger Locator Form (PLF) that can be accessed here. All travellers are obliged to complete their PLF at least 48 hours before entering the country, providing detailed information on their point of departure, the duration of previous stays in other countries, and the address of their stay while in Greece. Our team is closely monitoring the updates from the World Health Organization (WHO) ensuring we follow the guiding principles regarding Health & Safety for all of our guests and our members of staff. More specifically, we have updated our business processes and procedures in the following three main areas: i) Professional Cleaning, ii) Digital Contracts & Check-In and iii) Support on Travel Advice.

Professional Cleaning & Sanitation
Check-In and Check-Out: we have adjusted timing of both Check-In and Check-Out in order to allow enough time for our revamped cleaning and sanitation procedures between bookings.
Daily Cleaning: we ensure rigorous cleaning on a daily basis using professional, certified and eco-friendly materials and equipment, taking extra care on shared areas and surfaces (such as tables, switches, door knobs etc).
Staff and villa equipment: all of our staff are equipped with face masks and all properties are equipped with travel hand sanitisers and anti-bacterial tissues upon Check -In.
Digital Contracts & Check-In/Out
Digital Contracts: although most of our contracting procedures were already digitised, we have now made it mandatory that all Property & Service agreements, as well as Terms & Conditions agreements are digitally signed, thus eliminating paperwork, for sanitation purposes and for minimising our environmental footprint.
Check-In/Out: our staff has been trained on our redesigned Check-In and Check-Out procedures, checking temperature of arriving guests with digital thermometers and completing our Welcome Checklist online
